KEVIN HART TELLS 74 MILLION FANS HE’S GOING PLANT-BASED
Celebrity actor Kevin Hart as of late chose to ditch animal products and shared his arrangements to go plant-based with his 73.9 million fans on Instagram.
“I’m going to start eating better,” Hart said in an Instagram Story explaining that he’s taking his dietary habits “up a notch” by removing animal products. “I already eat good but now I’m going to get on this plant-based food kick.”
This week, Hart finished filming the third sequel to Jumanji and will show up close by co-stars Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Danny DeVito, Danny Glover, and Jack Black when the film premiers on December 13, 2019.
A month ago previous “American Idol” judge Simon Cowell said he had decided to adopt a vegan diet as a gift to himself for his
60th birthday. The TV star said he’d been managing repetitive medical problems that removing meat and dairy immediately fixed.
“A friend of mine, who is a doctor, recommended speaking to an expert, and I did it on a whim. I was allergic to melon, so I didn’t eat it for six months, but I saw this man and he explained it and it made sense,”
Cowell said in an ongoing interview with the Sun.
